Position Details
- Primarily regional routes with some local runs
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Home on weekends (optional weekend OTR opportunities for candidate who wants additional earnings)

Compensation
- Earn 35% of total load payout
- Weekly pay
- Opportunities for increased earnings based on performance and freight availability
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2–3 years of verifiable CDL driving experience
- Flatbed experience preferred; however, training on proper load securement is available
- Clean driving record with strong safety history
- Ability to safely secure and transport freight
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong commitment to the care, cleanliness, and maintenance of equipment, as proper equipment upkeep is paramount
- Must be able to meet all DOT requirements
Preferred Candidate
- Height under 6 feet preferred due to equipment and vehicle space considerations
- Early-career driver looking to grow and build a long-term career in the trucking industry
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service
- Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
