What You’ll Bring:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license with full Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Recent experience delivering speech services in a school or educational setting
- Understanding of best practices for servicing K-12 students, particularly those with ASD
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with teachers, families, and school staff
- Dedication to tracking progress and adapting therapy plans as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to a caseload of 40-55 students in an ASD program
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and document findings to guide therapy goals
- Develop and implement student-centered treatment plans
- Attend IEP meetings and maintain compliance with all documentation and reporting standards
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Engage families in supporting student communication needs
