Plainview Commerce is hiring a Social Media Coordinator in Austin, TX. This role is suited to an experienced social media professional who can manage day-to-day content, maintain consistent brand communication, and use performance data to improve results.
You will work closely with marketing and content teams to plan campaigns, manage social channels, and keep content organized and on schedule.
Your role
- Manage daily activity across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain social media calendars aligned with marketing priorities.
- Write, edit, schedule, and publish social media content.
- Coordinate with designers, writers, and marketing team members on campaigns.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and relevant conversations.
- Track engagement, reach, traffic, and other key performance metrics.
- Prepare regular social media reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Research platform trends, audience behavior, and relevant industry topics.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards across social channels.
- Support paid and organic social campaigns when required.
What you bring to the table
- 2 to 4 years of professional social media or digital marketing experience.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms for a company or established brand.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Understanding of content calendars, engagement strategies, and social performance metrics.
- Ability to interpret basic campaign data and turn findings into practical improvements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects independently.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content tools is preferred.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

- $63,000 to $68,000 per year
