Job Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the company's partner warehouse, including receiving, inspecting, unloading, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory counting, while ensuring inventory accuracy and product safety.
- Coordinate with the third-party warehouse provider (Boduo) to fulfill customer orders, including shipment scheduling, inventory management, and logistics coordination, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery.
- Execute the company's shipping plan by working with warehouse staff to pick, pack, label, and ship equipment, raw materials, and other products. Verify order details, quantities, and packaging accuracy before shipment.
- Organize warehouse storage locations on a regular basis, maintain standardized inventory placement, optimize inventory management, and improve warehouse operational efficiency.
- Assist with container unloading, inventory receiving, and cycle counts. Promptly report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and stock variances.
- Coordinate and arrange local deliveries for customers in the surrounding area, as well as inventory transfers between customers and the company office, based on business needs.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment serial numbers, batch numbers, expiration dates, and other inventory information to ensure consistency between physical inventory and system records.
- Work closely with the Order Management team using warehouse and logistics systems such as ShipStation and Unleashed to track orders, verify inventory, and confirm shipments, ensuring data accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with the Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Sales teams to resolve shipping issues, logistics exceptions, and customer delivery-related matters in a timely manner.
- Manage company equipment and spare parts inventory used for repairs. Travel to customer sites within approximately a four-hour driving radius of the New York area when on-site equipment repairs are required.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment may be offered as either a 1099 independent contractor or W-2 employee, depending on the circumstances.
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, attention to detail, and excellent execution skills.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or overseas warehouse operations is preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving merchandise and able to perform demanding warehouse tasks such as container unloading and pallet building.
- Basic English communication and reading skills.
- Strong hands-on skills with the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Must own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid U.S. driver's license. Experience driving a cargo van or high-roof van is preferred.
- Forklift operation experience or certification is preferred.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
