Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $21–$25, based on the individual's role and level of experience.
Location & Training:
- All training is conducted at our Woodinville location
- The duration will vary based on individual performance and willingness to learn from coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and master Bobae’s menu, including our rotating creative drinks
- Prepare all beverages with precision, speed, and consistency
- Maintain high standards in drink quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Thrive under pressure in high-volume settings
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences—know our regulars by name
- Stay proactive in restocking and keeping the café ready
- Participate fully in required training and development opportunities
- Adapt quickly and work calmly in a fast-paced environment
- Represent Bobae’s values daily through your actions and attitude
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Coachable and eager to grow
- Works well in both team settings and independently
- Strong attention to detail in cleanliness, prep, and presentation
- Stays upbeat and focused under pressure

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Open availability including weekends (we are not hiring seasonal employees)
- Coffee or tea experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Food Handler Certification before starting
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly
- Interpersonal skills to build strong team and customer relationships
- Proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
