Duties
- Engage in proactive prospecting through cold calling, lead generation, and territory management to identify potential clients and sales opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, account management, and personalized service
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, update account information, and analyze sales performance
- Develop strategic plans for territory growth, including identifying new markets and upselling existing clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and outreach efforts to maximize lead generation and brand awareness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or outside sales with a focus on technology or technical products
- Strong management skills with experience in business development and account management
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for customer relationship building and data analysis
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through prospecting, cold calling, and deal closing strategies
- Familiarity with sales management systems and customer service best practices in remote or virtual environments
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop territory strategies, and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and territory expansion efforts is highly desirable
