We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and sales transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and assisting guests with their selections.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including basic cooking, plating, and portioning as needed.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to meet health regulations and safety standards.
- Support kitchen staff with basic tasks such as stocking supplies and organizing work areas.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and efficient workflow.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast-food restaurant is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new team members.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, food safety practices, and sanitation standards is preferred.
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not required; training will be available.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy are essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
