We’re looking for a Service Loaner & Rental Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is the heartbeat of our loaner and rental operations—keeping everything running smoothly while ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Fury standard.
$20–$22 per hour, based on experience and performance
As the central point of coordination for our rental and loaner fleet, you will:
Manage the Fleet

Coordinate daily scheduling and availability of loaner and rental vehicles

Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled/charged, and ready for use

Monitor fleet utilization, turnaround time, and readiness
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience

Serve as the primary point of contact for rental and loaner customers

Clearly explain rental agreements, policies, and expectations

Provide a smooth, professional check-in and check-out experience
Handle Documentation & Accuracy

Complete rental agreements and verify insurance/driver eligibility

Conduct vehicle walkarounds at check-out and return

Process billing, returns, and documentation accurately
Maintain Fleet Oversight

Track vehicle location, condition, and maintenance needs

Report damage or issues promptly

Coordinate with Service and Detail teams for quick turnaround
Collaborate Across Teams

Partner with Service Advisors to align vehicle needs with repair timelines

Coordinate with Sales and leadership on priorities and availability

Support operational efficiency across departments

Strong organization and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable with computer systems and scheduling tools

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
