SERVICE MANAGER
We are a dynamic South Florida roofing company with a leading reputation and 50-year history that is looking for a Service Manager to join our team overseeing our maintenance and repair division.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management: full responsibility for the Service Department, including scheduling, staffing, equipment, materials, vehicles, project management of repairs in progress, estimating repair jobs, and most importantly, providing outstanding customer service
- Constantly strive to grow their operations through building a strong customer base
- Proactive and regular communication with customers to ensure excellent service is provided
- Promotion of core values: honesty, safety, quality, and teamwork
Requirements:
· 7-10+ years of roofing experience, with no less than 3 years of residential roofing experience
- Highly responsible
- Good at building relationships
- Strong management skills
- Positive/solution-based approach to challenges
- Strong work ethic
