Inside Sales Representative - Call Center
Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ
Compensation: $30,000 - $60,000 per year
This position pays a base hourly rate, plus monthly incentives based on performance.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Generate sales appointments for our outside sales representatives.
✅ Leverage inbound calls to generate quality appointments.
✅ Produce a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers (warm leads only!)
✅ Build strong relationships with homeowners to uncover client needs.
✅ Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
✔ Self-motivated – you’re driven to succeed!
✔ Comfortable making phone calls, handling objections, and scheduling appointments
✔ Basic computer skills – ability to navigate CRM software & scheduling tools
✔ Sales experience is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training
