Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Minimum 5 years of experience in patient care delivery.

Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations or clinical healthcare.

Minimum 4 years of leadership experience.

Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license at time of hire.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
