About Us
The Smoothie Garden is looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, and responsible individuals to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy delivering top-notch customer service, and have experience working with SQUARE Systems, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcome, appreciated, and satisfied.
- Work with SQUARE systems efficiently to handle orders, payments, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare and serve smoothies, water ice, and food items with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area.
- Assist in opening the store at 12 p.m. and work various shifts, including weekends and some evenings (until 7 p.m. on Saturdays).
- Stay positive and friendly, even under pressure, and maintain a bubbly personality at all times.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a café/barista role is required.
- Experience with Square POS systems is a must.
- Must be available to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with ease.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and have a bubbly personality!
Working Hours
- Tuesday to Saturday: 12:00 pm. - 5:00 p.m.
- Some Saturday shifts until 7:00 p.m.
