Golden MGT (a local, family-owned property management company) is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Union, Missouri. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining Oak View Village a 138-unit villa complex for independent individuals, 55 years and older.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Complete maintenance tickets called in by residents in a timely manner
- Complete electrical and plumbing repairs
- HVAC repairs (HVAC certification a plus, but not required)
- Appliance repair and/or replacement
- Maintenance vacant units
- Conduct general upkeep and/or preventative maintenance procedures and other tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Participate in an on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies
