Finkelstein & Partners, LLP is seeking a talented Personal Injury Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join our New Jersey team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to expand their courtroom experience, work on significant personal injury matters, and grow alongside an accomplished team of litigators dedicated to achieving exceptional results for injured clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage a personal injury caseload from litigation through resolution
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend court appearances, conferences, mediations, and arbitrations
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and legal memoranda
- Develop case strategies and prepare matters for trial
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and guidance
- Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and litigation support professionals to move cases efficiently toward resolution
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in New Jersey
- 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury litigation
- Strong written, verbal, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Experience handling depositions and court appearances
- Excellent organizational and case management abilities
- Commitment to client service and professional excellence
