The Role: As a CPO, you’ll evaluate patients, design and fit custom orthotic and prosthetic devices, and ensure each one meets their functional and therapeutic needs. You’ll work hands-on with patients, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and provide ongoing adjustments and support to help patients regain mobility and independence.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
What We're Looking For

Master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics
-
ABC or BOC Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO), Certified Orthotist (CO), or Certified Prosthetist (CP). Board-eligible candidates who have completed their NCOPE residency will also be considered.

Strong foundational understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, kinesiology, and material science.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to accommodate travel to hospitals, nursing facilities, and patient homes.
What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual clinical needs and lifestyle goals, formulating customized orthotic or prosthetic treatment plans.

Perform precise casting, scanning, fitting, and modification of devices to optimize biomechanical function and patient comfort.

Instruct and empower patients on the proper application, maintenance, and safe utilization of their prescribed devices.

Facilitate comprehensive post-delivery follow-up care, executing necessary device adjustments and modifications to ensure sustained efficacy.

Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical documentation and patient records in strict compliance with healthcare regulations.

Partner with a multidisciplinary healthcare team—including physicians, physical therapists, and technical staff—to drive optimal patient outcomes.

Provide care in a variety of settings—home visits, hospitals, nursing homes, and more.
