Position Title: Operations Manager

Physical Requirements: Periodic lifting up to 50 lbs.; periodic periods of standing, stretching, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling.
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves a blend of office and field work, with approximately 10%-20% of your time spent in the field and the remainder in our office. You will collaborate closely with a designated Administrative Assistant, who will provide essential support for daily office tasks and job coordination. Your role will encompass directing field operations, overseeing job details, and ensuring the efficient processing of paperwork.
Core Job Duties:
- Schedule, dispatch, and manage field technicians
- Maintain direct communication with customers
- Manage the ordering of materials, consumables, and parts
- Review and complete time and material sheets submitted by field technicians
- Coordinate and oversee service for our fleet vehicles
- Participate in weekly management meetings (EOS L10)
- Contribute to the training of new employees
- Conduct employee reviews and participate in the hiring process
- Prepare and submit quotes
To excel in this role, you will be responsible for timely and accurate paperwork management to facilitate smooth and efficient invoicing. Your ability to maintain promptness, efficiency, and thoroughness is pivotal to your success in this position.
