Responsibilities:
-
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.

Provide outstanding customer service while building positive relationships with guests.

Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws and company policies.
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stocking supplies and restocking inventory.
-
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.
-
2+ years experience
-
TIPS certification preferred
-
Prior knowledge of POSI
-
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
