Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on building structures, fixtures, and equipment using power tools and manual tools.
- Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to accurately execute tasks.
- Conduct erosion control measures and implement safety procedures following OSHA safety standards to ensure workplace safety.
- Assist with heavy lifting, climbing, and manual handling activities while adhering to safety regulations.
- Repair or replace damaged equipment, machinery, or infrastructure components to maintain operational efficiency.
- Support industrial construction projects by following detailed construction plans and safety protocols.
- Implement workplace safety measures such as respiratory protection, fall protection, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial construction or maintenance roles with a strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and the implementation of safety regulations on-site.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting, climbing, manual handling, and working at heights.
- Knowledge of erosion control techniques and environmental safety practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret technical instructions clearly.
