Hughie’s is a local establishment that’s been providing Vietnamese cuisine and craft beers in the Heights for 14+ years. Plans for future expansion allows us to invest in your growth enabling you to learn the skills necessary to grow.
Serving team members are required to maintain a working knowledge of the food, beer, and wine menu. Customer service to maintain familiarity and neighborhood vibe with regular patrons and build it with new guests. Time management will be a key tool for your success. Teamwork is, above all else, the focus of our front of house team.
