Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator
Kaado MD is seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator to join our expanding luxury medical aesthetics practice as we prepare for continued growth and our new location.
This position is an important front-facing role within the practice. The Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator is often the first and last point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a warm, professional, and elevated experience.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, well-spoken, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work confidently in a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Answering phones and assisting with patient inquiries.
Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments.
Assisting with patient check-in and check-out.
Collecting payments and supporting accurate invoice processing.
Helping patients understand basic office policies, appointment requirements, and general treatment information.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Communicating effectively with providers, management, and the back-office team.
Supporting daily patient flow and helping the schedule run smoothly.
Assisting with follow-up calls, appointment reminders, and general administrative tasks.
Maintaining patient confidentiality and following all practice policies and procedures.
Representing Kaado MD with professionalism, discretion, and a strong focus on client experience.

Compensation: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience. Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with strong medical office, luxury hospitality, aesthetics, or front desk leadership experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
