We are looking to hire a dependable, motivated Electrician / Electrical Technician to join our team. Previous hands-on electrical field experience is strongly preferred.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works safely, and can work well as part of a crew. The ideal candidate will already have experience with residential and/or commercial electrical work and be comfortable working in the field.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and/or commercial electrical work
- Install wiring, receptacles, switches, lighting, panels, and other electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues
- Read basic electrical plans and layouts
- Follow electrical codes and company safety procedures
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and electrical testing equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Work efficiently with other electricians and helpers
Qualifications
- Previous electrical field experience preferred
- Working knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and installation practices
- Dependable transportation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in different jobsite conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Electrical license or certifications are a plus but not required unless applicable to the position
