The Project Manager position is an executive position and serve on our management team. The Project Manager will be responsible for the quality and consistency of swimming pool projects.

Job Responsibilities:
- Contact and schedule design consultations to discuss client expectations
- Design and determine the specifications of the project based on client preferences and style
- Monitor budgets and customer satisfaction to ensure a positive customer experience
- Ensure inspections and other municipal requirements are followed
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish, with attention to budgetary limitations
- Supervise the work of subcontractors, laborers, etc. and give them guidance, when needed
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, and report issues
- Lead and manage frontline team and subcontractors
Job Requirements:

- ·Swimming Pool management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- · Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- · Strong organizational skills
- · Familiarity with quality, and health and safety standards
- · Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- · Excellent organizational and time management skills
- · A team player with leadership abilities
- Clean driving record with current license
