HR Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to support the Human Resources and Safety Department. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and able to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision. This position requires someone who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
This role will provide day-to-day administrative support to Human Resources, Safety, and Operations, including maintaining accurate and confidential records, assisting with data entry, document management, and general office coordination. Provides member service support, administrative support, and dispatch support to the Operations Department as needed. In addition to supporting daily workflow, this person will serve as a reliable backup in critical functions to help ensure continuity of operations.
Education and Experience
A high school diploma or GED is required. An associate degree or minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in an office, administrative, customer service, is required, along with a proven track record of reliability and accuracy. Human Resources experience is preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on tasks is important in this role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential. This position requires clear and professional communication when working with employees and members. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is expected. Proficiency in general office systems is preferred, along with the ability to learn new programs and processes as needed. The right candidate will be comfortable working across departments and stepping in where needed to support overall operations.
