Beyond Blessings Homecare Services LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregivers to join our growing team. We provide quality in-home care services to seniors, disabled individuals, veterans, and clients needing assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate is patient, trustworthy, and passionate about helping others maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.
Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Remind clients to take medications as directed.
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities if needed.
- Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with supervisors.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, PCA, or DSP experience preferred.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
- Reliable transportation preferred.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to pass background check and drug test.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
- Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and assist clients when necessary.
