Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly, professional voice of Childers Heating and Air Conditioning. If you have a passion for helping others, a knack for problem-solving, and the drive to make every customer interaction a positive experience, you might be just the person we’re looking for! In this role, you’ll engage with our customers over the phone, resolve concerns with empathy, and help schedule services that ensure their needs are met.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer customer calls with a positive attitude, offering appointment windows and lead times.
- Make outbound calls to secure service appointments and club memberships, driving our success and keeping our operations running smooth.
- Document interactions accurately in our system to ensure clear communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with teammates to resolve issues or escalate concerns when necessary.
- Meet performance targets by hitting daily, weekly, and monthly call goals.
- Renew Club Memberships and schedule preventative maintenance appointments, ensuring our customers stay cool year-round.
- Support the team by assisting with administrative tasks and helping to achieve department and company goals.
- Participate in training programs to continually improve your skills and stay up-to-date with company standards.
- Stay professional—from your demeanor to your attire, you’ll represent Childers with pride!
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, friendly, and patient demeanor, always ready to assist.
- Team player—able to work independently but also collaborate effectively.
