ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in retail sales with Nordstrom and gained extensive leadership experience managing multiple teams. My background in leadership and customer service helped shape the supportive, relationship-focused culture we’ve built in the office today.
I attended school in Oregon and had the opportunity to study abroad in Japan, which gave me a broader perspective and appreciation for different experiences and people. I’m married with two children, and family is a major priority in my life. Our agency stays involved locally by sponsoring community events throughout the year and building strong relationships within the area we serve.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Catherine Sing Chow - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
