19 Restaurant & Bar is looking for a qualified, reliable Lead Line/Sous Chef to join our team. We're a busy, high-quality kitchen that values consistency, teamwork, and a very strong work ethic. This position will need to master every position and will have the opportunity to be promoted to Sous Chef.
Details:
- Daytime to Evening shifts
- Range starts at $25/hour + tip pool
- Must be clean, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ideal canidate is primarilty a strong cook, and has the ability to lead a team with the potential to take more responsibility as business grows.
- Assists with Service Execution, Prep Systems, Training, and Ensuring dishes meet our culinary standard
- As you demonstrate reliability, skill, and ownership, this position is designed to transition into a Sous Chef role.
