Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the branch. This includes driving sales, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills, as well as a deep understanding of the local market.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch goals in sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Analyze branch performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
· Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing branch team. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with customers. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
· Drive sales growth by actively selling bank products and services. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the local market. Build strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
· Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulations. Manage branch operations efficiently and effectively. Monitor and control expenses.
· Identify and mitigate potential risks to the branch. Ensure adherence to security and fraud prevention measures.
· Comply with all applicable bank policies and procedures as well as governing laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to:
- Performing all assigned duties under bank’s compliance programs and related laws and regulations.
- Successfully completing all mandatory training on related bank’s and BSA compliances as well as other laws and regulations as assigned in a timely manner.
Competencies:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficient with MS Office).
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
· Knowledge of banking products and services.
Knowledge, Skill & Other Requirements:
· 7+ years of related experience preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
