Wellbrook Water is a water treatment company serving the western Philadelphia suburbs. We generate the leads, sell the job, and hand you a scheduled, pre-sold install. You show up and do clean work. No sales, no marketing, no chasing customers.
Pay is an hourly rate of $75 to $125 depending on experience, plus a daily per diem on top of every install day. Per diem is paid in addition to your hourly, not bundled into it. We pay weekly by direct deposit, so no waiting on invoices and no net-30.
We are looking for licensed, experienced installers to set water softeners, whole-home filtration, and under-sink reverse osmosis systems. This is steady, year-round volume, not one-off gig work.

This is a 1099 contractor role. You carry your own license, insurance, tools, and vehicle. We bring the work and the volume.
