Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – Part-Time

Wilmington Spine Center is seeking a compassionate, professional Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This position works closely with our chiropractors to provide high-quality therapeutic care as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic and medical massage under the direction of the chiropractor.
- Perform additional therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
- Implement individualized treatment plans prescribed by the chiropractor.
- Document patient treatments with clear, accurate, and timely clinical notes.
- Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor.
- Collaborate with providers and staff to support excellent patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Delaware Massage Therapy License
- Valid Delaware Driver's License
- Current CPR Certification
- Professional Liability (Malpractice) Insurance
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical or therapeutic massage
- Experience with therapeutic exercise instruction
- Experience working in a chiropractic, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary healthcare setting
- Team-oriented with a desire to grow professionally
