Experienced Residential Plumber Wanted

About the Job
We're a busy residential plumbing company serving Charlottesville/Albemarle and surrounding areas, and we need a skilled plumber who can handle everything from routine repairs and installations to more complex service calls with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with steady work, a company vehicle, and room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, and piping issues in homes
- Install and replace fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, and supply/drain lines
- Repair and replace main water & sewer lines
- Read blueprints and follow local plumbing codes on new installations and remodels
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about the work being done and pricing
- Keep an accurate record of parts used, hours worked, and job details
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and respect for customers' property
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a residential plumber
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and also working well within our team
- Good communication skills — you'll be the face of our company in customers' homes
- Physical ability to lift [50+] lbs, crawl into tight spaces, and stand for extended periods
