Hotel ZaZa Memorial City is seeking a polished, service-driven, and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic front office team. As a Front Desk Agent, you play a critical role in setting the tone for the guest experience—leading by example, elevating service standards, and ensuring seamless daily operations at the front desk.The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable first and lasting impressions.
This position requires full schedule flexibility, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands. Open availability is essential to support a 24/7 operation and ensure consistent leadership coverage at the front desk.

Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality reflective of the ZaZa brand
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival through departure
- Serve as a front desk leader during shifts, providing guidance and support to front desk agents
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and service consistency
- Handle guest check-in/check-out processes, upgrades, and special requests with precision
- Proactively resolve guest concerns with urgency, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Support VIP arrivals, special events, and high-profile guest interactions
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and service expectations
- Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring new and existing front office associates
- Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, concierge, and F&B teams to ensure a seamless guest journey
- Monitor room inventory, availability, and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue
- Step in for leadership support in the absence of the Front Office Manager as needed
- Maintain a polished front desk environment consistent with ZaZa’s luxury aesthetic

Minimum 2–3 years of front desk experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment
- Prior lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS experience required; Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle high-volume environments while maintaining service excellence
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently
- High attention to detail and organizational excellence
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor aligned with the ZaZa brand
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require
