Position
Sales Consultant (Commission Only)
This is an independent, commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential. Your success is driven by your ambition, work ethic, and ability to build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement.
- Build strong relationships and earn clients' trust.
- Follow up consistently on leads and proposals.
- Coordinate with our design and production teams throughout the sales process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from the initial consultation through project completion.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (construction, remodeling, interior design, real estate, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, or home improvement is a plus).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfortable using a computer, smartphone, email, and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline.
