Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year (based on experience) + Performance Bonus

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on General Manager to help lead our company into its next chapter.
Position Overview
This is not your typical office management position.
As General Manager, you will work directly with the President to oversee the daily operations of the company while providing leadership across every department. This position is responsible for ensuring our business operates efficiently, our employees have the support they need to succeed, and our customers continue to receive exceptional service.
You will oversee Human Resources, Reservations, Dispatch & Operations, Customer Service, Fleet Coordination, and Administrative Services while working closely with department leaders to improve communication, accountability, efficiency, and overall company performance.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, improving processes, solving problems, and helping build a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the company.
- Provide leadership and support to department managers and staff.
- Supervise Human Resources, Reservations, Dispatch, Customer Service, Fleet Coordination, Administrative Services, and Operations.
- Ensure departments work together efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Develop and improve company policies, procedures, and operational processes.
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and develop employees.
- Hold department leaders accountable for performance and company expectations.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
- Review operational reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work directly with the President on strategic planning and company growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with fleet management to maximize vehicle availability and operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Handle customer concerns and assist with resolving complex operational issues.
- Participate in an on-call management rotation when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management or leadership experience.
- Experience managing multiple employees and preferably multiple departments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing employees.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Financial and budgeting experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, Hospitality, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
