s a department Manager you have the same expectations of a Lead or Crew member. In most circumstance you will be working alongside them. In addition to those responsibilities Managers also have an administrational roll that consists of three components.

- acilitate Daily Operations: Managers are primarily tasked with Frontline duties specific to their department. In additions they orchestrate breaks, fill in gaps and provide support as needed.

- cheduling: Prepare schedule for release by midday Friday. Long-range scheduling is encouraged.

- tandard Operating Procedures: Ensure that SOP is followed within the department and that accurate records are kept when needed. Managers work close with the Risk & HR Director and report to their designated Director.
