Mechanical Production Assembler – Charlotte, NC
Location: Belmont, North Carolina
Note: Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. This role is based in Belmont and does not include relocation assistance.

Responsibilities
- Assembling components using a variety of techniques: cable routing, wiring, crimping, screwing, gluing, taping, folding, and more.
- Following detailed instructions and drawings to complete complex assemblies.
- Using tools like wrenches, drills, wire strippers, and crimpers to build mechanical, electronic, and cable assemblies.
- Performing standard testing and basic troubleshooting.
- Supporting warehouse operations as needed: moving pallets, shipping/receiving, and general upkeep.
- Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2–5 years of relevant experience or training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like standing, kneeling, reaching, and grasping.
- Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, when needed.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HVAC and Compressor Assembly,
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Forklift certification or experience.
- A curious mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
