We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security professional to safeguard the premises and assets of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the security of the environment through active patrols, and rapid response to incidents.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, security breaches, or conflicts, utilizing first aid and CPR skills when necessary
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating disputes to maintain a safe environment
- Conduct foot patrols and physical inspections at regular intervals to detect security breaches or suspicious activity
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring legal intervention
- Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security documentation accurately and promptly
Requirements
- Active guard cards issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work more than one site throughout the week
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and decisively while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public
- Physical fitness to perform patrol duties that may involve standing or walking for extended periods
- Previous security experience is an added bonus, but not a requirement
Hiring for
- Overnight shifts: full time and part time.
There are no day shifts available and weekend availability is mandatory for this campaign.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
