Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Participate in special events or catering services as needed, showcasing your bartending skills.
Skills
- Proficient in bartending techniques, including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Strong knowledge of preparation and beverage presentation.
- Excellent guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in banquet serving and setup required.
