The Sales Coordinator for Paving Machines position is responsible for assisting customers with machine applications, pricing, quotations, and machine deliveries.
- Communicating with customers, dealers, and GOMACO district sales representatives on machine applications to determine machine requirements
- Working with engineering personnel on customer applications
- Producing quotations and price pages for machines and attachments
- Writing machine orders, parts orders, and scheduling deliveries
- Working with customers, dealers, and shipping personnel for product delivery
- Developing quote and price templates used for machine quotations
- Review machine and attachment cost to set prices
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Strong computer skills.
