ProThermal Heating and Cooling is a locally owned and growing company built on quality workmanship, reliability, and teamwork. We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Residential HVAC Installer to join our team and help us continue to provide top-tier service to homeowners throughout the Tulsa area.
What We Offer:
- Pay range: $35–$55 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air handlers, coils, and condensers
- Work efficiently and neatly to complete installations on schedule
- Maintain clear communication with office staff and customers
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local codes
Requirements:
- Oklahoma Journeyman License (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
