Job Title: Sales and Marketing Assistant Job Summary: We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our retail store that specializes in appliances, mattresses, and furniture.
In this role, you’ll help attract new customers by creating engaging social media posts, running online ads, and improving our website’s visibility through SEO. You’ll also assist customers with questions about products, process sales, and follow up with potential leads via calls and emails. Your efforts will help bring more visitors into the store and boost sales.
The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, comfortable with digital tools, and eager to learn about marketing strategies.
Commission: Your pay comes with commissions from sales.
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with product questions and sales transactions
* Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails
* Manage social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram
* Improve online visibility using SEO techniques
* Use Google Ads to attract new leads
* Answer questions about financing options
* Greet customers and check voicemails
* Keep records of sales and marketing activities
* Support efforts to increase store traffic through marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
* Experience in of social media advertising, SEO, and Google Ads
* Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
* Ability to generate leads and follow up effectively
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Reliable transportation is required
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
