Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. This vital role ensures that all areas are kept in great condition, candidate will bring energy, dedication, and a strong work ethic to keep our spaces spotless and well-maintained.
This is a government building so you must be willing to submit to a background check if asked. You can come in to clean anytime between 6pm-12am and it takes 2 hours to clean on Tuesdays and Fridays. In November it will go to cleaning on Fridays and go back to two days a week in April. Must be 18 or older.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment for everyone.
- Support other custodial or porter duties as needed to ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
