Responsibilities
- Skillfully cut, trim, and prepare various types of meats using professional knife skills and meat cutting techniques
- Package meat products efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Assist customers with their selections, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Support food production tasks such as portioning, wrapping, labeling, and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and storage areas in compliance with food safety standards

Requirements
- Prior experience in food production, meat cutting, or kitchen environments within the food industry or restaurant setting

Duties include cutting steaks, food preparation, Cooking, stocking shelves, and clean up.
Our hours are much better than restaurants with no late nights. We are open from 10 am - 7 pm Monday through Saturday, and sunday 10-2
