✅ What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support in home and community settings
- Conduct assessments (FBA) and develop behavior plans (BSP)
- Track client progress and adjust plans using data
- Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams
- Attend IEP meetings (as needed)
- Complete documentation (within 48 hours)

✅ Requirements
Master’s degree (required) in:
- Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, or BCBA
- Experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities (preferred, not required)
- Must live within one county of service area
- Strong communication & time management skills
