Role Description the Brand Ambassador role at Pamela D. Studios is an on-site position based in the San Francisco/Oakland Area. This role is responsible for representing the studio at events, pop-ups, and client-facing engagements, while consistently communicating the brand’s values and story. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and engaging visitors, answering questions about the studio’s work and offerings, providing attentive customer service, and gathering feedback from clients and guests.
The Brand Ambassador will help increase brand awareness through direct interactions, social media support, and collaboration on promotional activities. This role also involves maintaining a professional, welcoming environment, supporting event logistics, and working closely with the studio team to ensure a positive brand experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner.
- Candidates should possess Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills to effectively represent and promote Pamela D. Studios’ identity and offerings.
- Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills to convey key messages, answer questions, and collaborate with the studio team.
- Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco and East Bay Area, including evenings or weekends for events as needed.
- Experience in art, design, retail, hospitality, fashion, or events is beneficial but not required.
- Reliable time management, professionalism, and a proactive approach to engaging with diverse audiences.
- Comfort with using social media or digital tools to support brand promotion is a plus.
