Duties
- Lead and supervise construction crews across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to guide project execution
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to align project goals and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Oversee metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, framing carpentry, roofing, siding, stucco application, and remodeling tasks
- Manage heavy equipment operation and ensure proper use of power tools and hand tools for various construction activities
- Conduct dimensional measurements and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise implementation of construction plans
- Enforce safety protocols on-site by conducting regular inspections and training sessions for team members
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, plastering, and restoration projects
- Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans
- Extensive knowledge of rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, framing carpentry (including metal stud framing), trim carpentry, woodworking, and drywall finishing
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Familiarity with schematics for electrical or plumbing systems is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent hand tool proficiency along with experience using power tools for diverse construction tasks
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required
- Valid experience in interpreting technical drawings and schematics for complex building systems
