As our firm continues to grow, we are expanding our team of Executive Search Associates- early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in executive recruiting and advisory.
The Role
The Executive Search Associate plays a critical role in supporting retained search engagements from initial research through candidate placement. Associates work directly with senior consultants to identify, engage, and evaluate senior executives across a variety of industries.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in executive recruiting while gaining exposure to private equity, leadership assessment, and organizational strategy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify and map executive talent across targeted industries
- Engage senior executives through high-volume phone outreach
- Evaluate candidate backgrounds and conduct preliminary screenings
- Support the preparation of client-facing materials, including candidate profiles and market research reports
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client organizations
- Maintain search progress in our CRM and research systems
- Assist with reference checks and candidate due diligence
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking motivated individuals who are energized by professional communication, research, and relationship-building.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A four-year degree
- Experience in sales, recruiting, customer-facing roles or internships involving significant communication
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Curiosity about businesses, leadership, and organizational growth
- The ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Comfort using LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM systems
