Logistics & Inventory Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to manage daily inventory activities, oversee shipping and logistics, and support finance and accounting operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and smooth coordination with our administrative and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory in Microsoft Business Central
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders from A&R Belgium as well as locally sourced parts as needed.
· Manage daily shipping and receiving operations, including documentation and carrier coordination.
· Support finance and accounting functions such as data entry, invoice matching, and purchase order tracking in Business Central
· Assist with quarterly and annual inventory audits and reconciliation.
· Collaborate with management and operations teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
· Identify and help implement process improvements in inventory and logistics management.
· Technical Coordination of Interventions
· For each intervention, you must ensure that the technicians have all the necessary equipment, spare parts kits, technical information, and resources for the successful completion of the intervention.
· To do this, you must organize and participate in kickoff and debriefing meetings for any intervention for which you deem these meetings necessary.
· Review the reports of previous interventions at the client site to anticipate any additional work and required materials.
· Prepare the intervention sheet with the necessary information for the technician to successfully conduct the intervention.
· Ensure the preparation of intervention reports by the technicians and the transmission of technical information to the various departments concerned.
· Technical assistance in drafting service and spare parts quotes.
Qualifications
· Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, logistics, or a related field
· Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, operations, or accounting support
· Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central (or other ERP systems)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
· Experience in shipping and logistics coordination a plus
