Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Houston, TX. This candidate will support the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in providing speech and language services to students with a range of communication disorders. This position emphasizes collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth and academic success.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans and therapy activities based on student goals.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate service records in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student communication needs across educational settings.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license.
- Bilingual skills required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a caseload efficiently.
