Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Provide direct support to the sales team in the fields and customers along with the facility and scheduling.
2. Be responsible for daily oral and written communications with both internal and external customers.
3. Responsible for entering orders and following them through from order placement through invoicing and delivery.
4. Assist with inventory management and rotation.
5. Building relationships with new and current customers.
6. Researching and prospecting new leads and contacts.
7. Strategic sales and account management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
4. Superior problem-solving skills.
5. Possess a positive “can do” attitude.
6. Must be very detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor of Science Degree
2. Previous customer service experience.
3. Accounting and logistics familiarity
4. Prior Packer level experience.
5. Prior sales experience.
Work Conditions
· 40+-hour on-site work week with on-call availability.
· Sitting for extended periods of time.
· Standing for extended periods of time.
· Climbing of stairs and ladders.
· Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other hand and electrical tool components.
· Predominantly office work but may spend time in the production environment developing skillset
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
